Our story
EPM Plus has grown and evolved over the past 10 years, organically, from individual consulting organisations collaborating to build an industry leading partnership, to the comprehensive management consultancy that we have now become.
2013
Our
beginnings
Two niche independent consulting companies start working closely together and develop partnerships with Oracle and KPMG.
2018
EPM Plus brand launched!
EPM Plus is formed, taking a leap to create a new consulting company with a vision to bring true End to End thinking to Finance Transformation.
2021
First IFRS 17 accelerator
launched
EPM Plus develops it’s first End to End Use Case Accelerator to help clients navigate their way to IFRS17 in a timely fashion.
2023
Global expansion
Spring 2023 saw the opening of EPM Plus Middle East in Dubai, helping us to meet the growing needs of our clients in the GCC region. Further expansion of our services across Europe and into the US & Far East is planned for 2025.

Andy is the Managing Director and founder of EPM Plus, with over 25 years of Big-4, Consultancy and Industry experience in global Finance Transformation, Enterprise Performance Management, Chart of Accounts and Accounting Rules, Data Management and Business Processes.

Craig Francis – EPM Practice Lead
Craig is our EPM Practice Lead with over 20 years of Consultancy and Industry experience across numerous industries in Finance Change, end to end Data Management, Enterprise Transformation, System Implementation, Process Improvement, Data Migration, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
